Electrical System Service
Perform every 6 months to maintain safe operation and prevent electrical problems. We check the 12 volt system, perform a hot skin test, test all lights, Inspect the monitor panel check, perform a 110-volt system polarity test, test converter operation and output, Inspect shore cord for integrity and burns, operation of circuit breaker and fuses, operation of essential GFCI outlets and Generator output operation.
Heater/Furnace Service
Perform Annually for operational safety and efficiency.
We clean main burner, clean blower wheel, clean/inspect/adjust electrode assembly, test module board, clean module board contacts, clean and inspect combustion chamber, inspect the fan motor, clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casing, reassemble furnace using new gaskets.
Water Heat Service
Recommended annually for safety of operation and fuel efficiency. We will check condition of the anode rod, check the thermocouple, check the relief valve, adjust burners and electrodes, check the module board, check the and remove nests, bugs, spider webs, etc. from the burner assembly. Perform a complete operational check.
Airconditioning Service
Recommended Annually to improve Performance and efficiency. We Examine the shroud cracks or other damage. Check the compressor voltage, check compressor amperage, clean condenser coils, clean A/C filter, clean and unclog A/.C roof drains and check air temperature drop across the evaporator coil. We can also install a Soft-Start system to help ease the strain on your electrical system and prolong the life of your compressor.
